1 1/2 C shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 bunch chopped green onion 4 or 5
1/4 C Helmans Mayonnaise (can use light Mayonnaise)
1/4 C chopped pecans
4 T Peggy's Pepper Jelly - any flavor
Mix all ingredients together except for pepper jelly. Spoon onto serving dish or into serving bowl and spread Peggy's Pepper Jelly on the top. Serve with assorted crackers. Enjoy this tasty treat! Remember the mayo is just to hold the spread together!! you don't want to use to much!
1 1/2 lbs shrimp
2 heaping T Peggy's Pepper Jelly
1 heaping T maple syrup
1 tsp each rosemary, oregano and basil
2 T Worcestershire sauce
1 T honey, 1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
1 lb bacon, cut into 2 inch pieces, and partially cooked
Pat shrimp dry. Mix everything together except bacon. Marinade shrimp in mixture for at least 1 hour in the refridgerator. Wrap each shrimp with bacon and put on skewers. Grill or broil turning a few times. This marinade can also be used with chicken. This is a crowd pleaser for sure!



Succulent Pork Tenderloin
Pork tenderloin
salt, pepper, rosemary to taste
2 T olive oil
1 T Dijon mustard
2 tsp minced garlic
1/2 C redwine
2 to 3 T Peggy's Pepper Jelly - any flavor
Cut tenderloin into 1 inch slices and sprinkle each side with salt, pepper and rosemary. Add olive oil and minced garlic in saute pan and brown tenderloin about 5 minutes perside. Remove tenderloin from saute pan then add red wine, Dijon mustard and Peggy's Pepper Jelly to the saute pan and cook on medium heat until bubbly. Return pork to pan and cook a few minutes more. Be careful not to over overcook the pork.



Kielbasa Appetizer (Sausage)
2 lbs Kielbasa or little mini hotdogs, or meatballs!!
1 bottle chili sauce (I use Heinz)
1 jar Peggy's Pepper Jelly - any flavor
1/4 C water
Slice Kielbasa into bite size pieces and put in crock pot with all other ingredients. Cook 4 hours on low. Serve with toothpicks. You can also do this on top of the stove in a pan., just reduce the cooking time to about half. Cook your sauce first and then add you browned meat to the sauce.This is an awesome recipe!!
