CHICKEN GLAZE

I loved the cranberry pepper jelly sample you gave to me. I served it with boneless, skinless chicken breasts. I hope you carry this in the stores soon.

INGREDIENTS

1 tablespoon butter
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1/4 jar Peggy' Pepper Jelly (any flavor!)

DIRECTIONS

Heat butter in sauté pan. Add garlic for 2 min. Add pepper jelly.  Brush chicken with pepper jelly glaze while roasting.
