6 tortillas (at room temperature)
1 small container herb cream cheese (4 - 6 ounces)
2 cups raw spinach
12 slices ham or turkey (or 6 of each if you prefer)
6 slices mozzarella cheese
1 jar Peggy's Pepper Jelly (any flavor)
Spread a thin layer of the cream cheese on each tortilla. Then layer the spinach, meat and cheese (in that order) and finish with the pepper jelly. Roll up and slice into 1 inch rounds. These can be made ahead of time and refrigerated until you are ready to serve. Top with a dollop of pepper jelly and serve. Enjoy!
