6 lamb chops
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon rosemary
1 teaspoon rosemary garlic salt
Salt and pepper to taste
Brush lamb chops with Dijon mustard and sprinkle seasonings on both sides. Broil, grill or bake for 20-40 minutes depending upon thickness of the chops and top with Peggy's Pepper Jelly. Jelly can be cold or room temperature depending on your preferences.
